Amy Asivido

The Asivido Team in Vancouver, WA

Made the move back to KW from Knipe Realty Powered by ERA

Closed $162 million in 2021

Over the last few years, we've had some pretty amazing and top quality team members move away, and now, because of the expansion team option (KWEN), KW offers us another opportunity and the perfect fit for us to be able to grow our business further and into other states, while now also providing the opportunity to get back into business with these same amazing and top quality team members who moved away. I am so excited to be back home!

Mark Anderson

Top Agent Team in Spokane, WA

Made the move back to KW from eXp

Closed $79 million in 2019

I realized pretty quickly that I needed to go back home to Keller Williams, there was just something missing after we left. As a leader, I know that if I’m going to set my team up for success, it starts with making sure we’re in the right hands. And it’s not just about the models and tools, it’s about the culture, communication, and the relationships. It’s important to feel valued.

Carli Ryen

Royston Team in Poulsbo, WA

Made the move to KW from Coldwell Banker Bain

Closed $29.3 million in 2021

The support that comes from Keller Williams is unmatched. I’m excited to take my business to the next level and continue to provide the same exceptional service to my clients that they know and love.

Annie Cash

The Annie Cash Team in Oak Harbor, WA

Made the move to KW from Windermere

Closed $26.5 million in 2021

It just hit me. Now is the time to build my business to a point where I can begin to step beyond the agent-side and focus on the bigger picture. I need to build leverage while making sure my clients are taken care of and my team continues to feel supported. Coming to Keller Williams Whidbey was the best way to accomplish that.

Keller Williams Northwest Regional Director Bruce Hardie commented, “They say iron sharpens iron, and I really believe that. We’re going into 2022 with more strength, opportunity, and talent than I’ve seen in a long time at Keller Williams. It’s a great time, possibly even the best time, to be a KW agent.
