$162.8 Million Headturner Amy Asivido Returns to Keller Williams

VANCOUVER, WA – January 31, 2022 – After seven years with Knipe Realty ERA Powered, Amy Asivido has decided to bring her team of 18 back to Keller Williams Premier Partners in Vancouver, Washington. With eyes on maintaining a few of her top producing agents that have recently relocated, Asivido was drawn to the opportunities presented by the new Keller Williams Expansion Network (KWEN).

Partnering with KWEN will allow her to grow her business in new and exciting ways across multiple states. Currently, Asivido’s team serves the Southwest Washington, Portland Metro, and Central Oregon areas. In 2021 her team closed $162,820,657 with 337 transactions, but by working with KWEN to expand her business’ footprint, those numbers are sure to skyrocket even further.

Another big factor in her decision to return to Keller Williams? Culture. “I have to pinch myself sometimes because I am so grateful for the team that I have and in thinking back, KW gave me the tools to create a culture that provides positivity for those agents,” said Asivido. “We really are a family providing the best possible services for our clients. I am so excited to be home!” Unsurprisingly, The Asivido Team keeps focused on their mission statement, which is for everyone that comes into contact with them to have a better day because of it. Additionally, the team has earned a reputation for community giving, donating a portion of all of their closings to local charities.

To this day, Amy credits much of her business foundation to the models and systems outlined in Gary Keller’s The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, as well as her mentor relationship with Patti Siebold, Operating Principle, and Brian Combs, former Team Leader, of Keller Williams Premier Partners. In fact, Asivido’s history with Siebold and Combs dates back to 2005 when the doors to KW Premier Partners first opened. She was one of the very first agents that came to join!

Fast forward to 2022, Asivido is returning to her roots ready to leverage all of the support and structure that Keller Williams has to offer. With a large, high-producing team that continues to grow, Amy has had to wear a lot of hats on her own up until this point: as a coach, leader, consultant, and owner. Now, she’ll have the opportunity to plug into the KW network which will allow her to focus on the bigger picture and, in turn, make a huge impact for her team.
