Best Real Estate Office Goes To Keller Williams Yakima Valley

YAKIMA, WA – December 5, 2021 – Keller Williams Yakima Valley (KWYV) has been named ‘Best Real Estate Office’ by Yakima Valley Business Times. With a readership that spans over 20,000 people, the publication tasks their local community of readers to nominate their most beloved local businesses each year for the ‘Best of the Valley’ list. This recognition came as a complete surprise and honor to the hardworking team at KWYV, and means so much more knowing it came from people right here in their neighborhood.

Additionally, last month released their own list naming the ‘Top 14 Real Estate Agents in Yakima, WA’. Three of those limited spots went to none other than KWYV. Amy Maib, Joanne Melton, and Ryan Beckett made it to the top based on carefully crafted criteria, which factors in more than 25 variables across five categories: availability, qualifications, reputation, experience, and professionalism.

Keller Williams Yakima Valley Leadership

“Despite being a small office, our agents build big businesses, big lives, and do so with big hearts,” said Molly McDowell, CFO and Market Center Administrator of KWYV. “We are truly a family, striving to foster an environment where agents feel appreciated and really want to spend their time.”

Don’t be fooled! This small but mighty office has been hitting the ground running since they were first established in 2017. In just four short years, they’ve channeled their motivation for impacting the lives of clients, welcoming over 50 agents into their family and counting. Currently, 33% of KWYV agents are designated as “cappers”, a Keller Williams term defined as an individual who produces sufficient Gross Commission Incomes and contributes enough Company Dollar to the Market Center to satisfy their annual commission Cap requirement.

Beyond the numbers, KWYV prides themselves on prioritizing culture above all else, especially with their new Operating Principal Tracy Rohr leading the charge. Rohr, a member of the Keller Williams family since 2015, will tackle her new role in addition to her current position as Operations Manager for the entire Northwest Region. “It’s the agents that makes the Yakima Valley market center so special. Their dedication to helping others reflects the Keller Williams values every day,” said Rohr. “I’m proud to be a part of it.”

With these qualities, it is no wonder KWYV has earned the title of ‘Best Real Estate Office’!
