Headquartered in Poulsbo, this territory was given the official stamp of approval from Keller Williams Realty Inc. in March 2022. In fact, three of the recruits KW Greater 360 welcomed in 2020 brought in a combined $69.2 million in closed volume last year.
Meet the Megas
Carly McGraw opted to partner with the Keller Williams Greater 360 market center in October 2020, after going it alone as a hardworking solo agent for 17 years. She craved collaboration, community, and a network of bigger agents to inspire her to reach new heights. Her performance in 2021 showed rapid growth from the year prior, jumping 58.3% in closed units and 63.7% in closed volume. By the end of last year, McGraw’s closed volume amounted to $26.2 million – her best year ever!
Now that she’s joined forces with Keller Williams these past few months, she’s almost doubled her business. “I had been ‘watching’ the Keller Williams Greater 360 office for a long time,”said McGraw. “They’ve created a space that you want to be part of and then they invite you in with open arms. Plus, they’ve got big badass agents there which is where I need to be if I want to level up, get my systems in place, and kick some butt.”
Carly’s goals for the future include adding a buyer’s agent so she can leverage her team and spend more time focusing on her family. She has plans in place to not just be a top agent, but also a leader in her community.
