Glossary

Farming: A marketing technique used by many successful real estate agents to develop business in a specific area or market demographic. They “farm” the area for leads and contacts, as the name suggests.

OP: Stands for Operating Principal of a Keller Williams office.

Short sale: A sale in which the proceeds from the transaction are less then the amount the seller needs to pay the mortgage debt and the costs of selling.
