BEND, OR – April 24, 2022 – When a top producer chooses to move their business over to Keller Williams, they know they’re gaining access. Access into a unique culture that promotes transparency and the sharing of best practices amongst some of the most successful agents in real estate. The latest Top 100 Mastermind gathering in Bend, Oregon is just another example of why fostering this culture is so important.
Hosted by the Keller Williams Northwest Region, only the top producers across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska were invited to meet for two days of masterminding at the beautiful Tetherow resort. Regional Growth Leader Chase Williams guided agents through a series of hot topics of conversation ranging from investing, to what’s working in their individual markets, to the always-popular question: what’s keeping you up at night? Throughout the event, there was not a single moment in the room where discussion ran quiet. Especially for the agents who have joined Keller Williams since the start of the pandemic, this mastermind allowed some of them to connect with their peers for the first time in-person.
Attendees were grouped into four different pods so that individual agents could network with each other, while larger teams and groups could have conversations catering to their own successes and challenges. Representing the top producing group in attendance (over $5 million in GCI in 2021) was Laura Gillott of Gillott Home Team in Lebanon, Oregon. “This mastermind really refilled my leadership bucket. It was beneficial to be divided into groups of rainmakers with similar production so we could talk about what’s working well and what we need help with,” shared Laura. “I walked away with ideas to incorporate directly into our business, plus many hurdles were discussed that had already been tackled by someone in the group, so now we don’t have to reinvent the wheel!”

In addition to masterminding their own topics, top agents had the opportunity to view the two-part video series “Leading Out Of A Crisis” by Craig Groeschel, plus a candid interview recording of Gary Keller, Jay Papasan, and JL Collins on “The Simple Path to Wealth”, each of which was followed by “aha’s” shared throughout the room. The event wrapped up with a livestream session with Livian’s Eric Forney, as he broke down the current state of the real estate market and how leaders can prepare their businesses in anticipation of the upcoming shift.
Attendees returned back to their businesses with fresh perspectives, inspiring ideas, and the comfort of knowing they are not alone in the challenges they face. The Keller Williams Northwest Region’s Top 100 Mastermind series will continue throughout the year, with the next event taking place virtually on June 7. Guest speaker to be announced.
